In order for us to receive your emails so we can start creating your customer support blueprint in our system, we need to connect your email inbox to our system.
Here's how to do that:
Go to your Gmail settings > forwarding
Add new forwarding address, and use the following address: [email protected]****
Once that's done, let us know! We will receive a confirmation link that we will need to click
Back in Gmail settings, select "forward a copy of incoming email to..." with the email address written above
Note- this is only technical, we'll only really start sending emails with your approval after we've finished setting everything up.
We've sent an email to [email protected] from "Postmark Support" with the subject "Confirm sender signature"
