- How do I set up my AI-agent?
Our AI-agent come pre-configured with best-in-class customer support methodologies. To train the AI-agent and make it your own, just upload any knowledge you have, in the âknowledgeâ section. To upload a file, click âuploadâ and choose any .txt or .md file you have (if you have .doc or .docx files, you can save them as .txt and then upload them).
You can also send your files over to [email protected] and weâll do it for you!
- Can I see what the AI-agent wants to respond before sending it to customers?
Yes! This is called Trust mode. In your Conversations tab, youâll see âTrust Mode On/Offâ on the upper right side of the screen. When Trust mode is turned on, the AI-agent will generate responses but will not send them them before you approve/edit them.
Keep in mind that turning Trust mode On through the main Conversation screen, will only enable Trust Mode for new conversations.
- Can I turn Trust Mode just for a specific conversation?
Yes! If you click on a specific conversation, youâll be able to turn Trust Mode on just for that specific conversation.
- Is there a faster way to edit the AI-agent responses?
Absolutely! Just got to the Q&A tab and write any Question/Answer you want. You can also treat the Q&A fields as title and content or anything else.
Donât be afraid to upload similar Q&A, our AI-agents can handle it! The more information the better.
- What channels do you support?
We currently only support Email, but within the next few weeks we intend to expand to all text-based channels! If you have any specific channel youâre eager for us to develop, let us know!
- Do you use my information to train other AI-agents?
We will never use your private data for any other AI-agent. Your data is your own and we do not use it to train our models or for any task, other than serving your customers in the best way possible.
